UPDATE ON SHIPPING: The Covid-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volume. As more people shop online and shipping logistics are impacted by Covid-19 vaccine distribution, our partners at FedEx, UPS, and USPS are seeing delays. All efforts will be made to get your package to you as soon as possible, but your wait may be slightly longer than 2 days at this time.

DAMAGED/WRONG ORDER: If we send you the wrong product or it is damaged, send a picture with your order number to jaguar@shopjaguarcoffee.com and we will work with you to fix the issue. 

DELIVERY: We strive to ensure all of our orders are delivered within 2 days of your order. All orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:30 a.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.
